Does Sensitivity Bother You?

I mean, it doesn't bother me but I'm not the visitor here.

So while it isn't the first time, I woke up this morning to an email from Blogger telling me that my most recent post, "You're Not The Boss Of Me - It Begins" has been put behind a warning for readers.

The full email was:

This has also happened on one of my Update posts from April.  Ironically it was on April 1st, but neither the post nor the warning was an April Fool's joke.  When I looked into it this morning though, I also found out that it's happened to an Update post in May of 2024, a post way back in 2014 about a story I was trying to write, a post in 2013 about that same story,  a post about a cap and a short story, another post about the story in 2013

The problem, of course, is that all they say is that the posts contain 'Sensitive Content'.  I have NO idea what sensitive content they're talking about because it's incredibly inconsistent.  My first assumption would be me talking about sex... but I talk WAY more about sex than just these six posts.

When a similar issue came up on my main blog, it didn't just put the post behind a warning, it took the post down.  I ended up removing some comments and that fixed it.  But these, so far as I know, are just put behind a warning.

So, my question is, does this bother anybody?  Realistically this is an adult blog.  It's not as porntastic as my main blog, but I do talk about my writing and creativity and that involves talking about sex.  I also talk about my life and that involves sex, and sexuality, and gender, and has even gone to what I believe is more sensitive topics including suicide.

I really have no desire to chase down what exactly they find 'sensitive' and try to re-word it or delete it or change it.  But that's only so long as no one here has a problem with the warnings you have to click through.  So let me know if this bothers you and I'll try to fix it.  Otherwise it's just not worth my time.
