You're Not The Boss Of Me - The End Is In Sight

heh... the end... get it?  I crack myself up

Normal spoiler warning... if you want to read You're Not The Boss Of Me without knowing what's going to happen or at least read it without knowing what I was thinking about, then you'd better stop here as I'm going to be talking about what will happen up through the end of the story.

Still here?  Good.  Let's go!

I've put most of my updates to You're Not The Boss Of Me (YNTBOM) into my Updates posts so I didn't feel the need to make another big post like this, especially since I had so much outlined in advance.  It's been since last November that I put a specific YNTBOM update out, and as I'm getting back after a bout of writers block AND I'm coming into the home stretch (kind of... more on that later) I figure this is as good of a time as any to put my thoughts out into a single post.

Here's a quick recap.  I know, I do a lot of recaps, but it's also a tool for me.  Writing this out puts it all straight in my head.

I started the idea of a secretary story back in 2023.  It was the standard 'dude stuck as a sexy secretary to a womanizing boss' but with a twist in that the boss knows he's a woman but is also stuck with the guy as his secretary and then blackmails the guy into being more and more sexy.

I broke the story up into three parts or three Acts.

  • Act 1 - Initial Setup, Trapped by HR
  • Act 2 - Trapped by Mal
  • Act 3 - Trapped by Body/Surgery

In Act 1 we meet most of the characters.  Grace, a lesbian, convinces her roommate/friend Paris Jamie Beaufort into dressing up as a woman, a sexy woman, in order to entrap and blackmail a womanizing boss at the company where she works.  They get the HR director involved and set up Paris to be hired in as a woman and work their magic quickly before she has to run the background check that would show the fact that he's a he and not a she.  They also meet the HR director's assistant Trixie Davenport who comes across as a sexy bimbo secretary but turns out to be quite smart... and still sexually motivated.  The transformation of Paris is completely superficial.  Shaving, body enhancements, clothes that are sexy but wont' show off the fact that he has breast forms.

The boss, one Malachi Orpheus, Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at K Edison Global, is almost too busy with an important merger to notice his new secretary or make any move on her.  So, Paris has to step up he game and make Mal jealous.  She does this by flirting openly with a manager at the company, Darnell Anderson, in front of Mal.  And it works.  Mal gets jealous and sets himself up in a compromising position with Paris, forcing himself on her.

Things fall apart at this point.  The HR director gets fired.  A new HR director comes in to not only replace the disgraced former HR director but to help clean up the company and get it ready for a public stock offering.  This new HR director, Mr. Stirling, finds out about the blackmail attempt from Grace, Paris, his predecessor and Mal.  He can't stand the thought of the nightmare of bad press all of that could make so he makes it simple and uses the blackmail on everyone.  Mal is blackmailed into giving up his sexist ways.  If he gets any sexist complaints, in or outside of the company, he gets fired and loses his millions of dollars in upcoming bonuses.  Paris is blackmailed into remaining Mal's secretary with the hopes that Mal won't even want to be sexually advancing on 'her'.  Paris will also have to present to the company's insurance as transgender and see a gender counselor.  Grace is blackmailed into keeping silent on the whole thing and helping Paris to pass as a woman full time.

That goes for awhile.  We also meet Paris' gender counselor Suzy Martin who is pushing Paris to be more feminine and more accepting of being a woman, and Dr. Stephen Gold, an old friend of Paris' that is going to perform plastic surgery to fix a congenital defect on his nose.  Dr. Gold also takes the role of Paris' gender doctor so he can control the actual surgical and medical discussions to keep Suzy happy while not actually moving forward with them.

In Act 2 Mal grows more and more frustrated with this arrangement.  His wife, Veronica, isn't the nicest of people and often withholds sex from him, leading him to seek it out in his secretaries among other women.  Of curse, now he doesn't have that opportunity so he's growing sexually frustrated as well as frustrated at being one-upped by a mere mortal like Paris.  He also fails to believe that Paris doesn't deep down want to live as a woman as he does it so convincingly.

Grace, starts to become attracted to Paris.  It turns out that Mal, Paris, and Grace area all attracted to the same kind of woman, an airheaded, sexy, bimbo type of secretary.  Naturally, now that she's living side by side with a 'girl' like this, she's growing very attracted to Paris.  Eventually, Mal finds some dirt on both Grace and Paris.  He uses that dirt to turn the tables.  He acknowledges he can't get out of being blackmailed by the company and wont' jeopardize his bonuses, but he CAN come out on top again.  He forces Paris to start acting and presenting as the type of woman he'd want to have in front of his office.  Overtly sexy, air headed to the point of almost stupid, and flirty to men and only men.

This turns him on and he ends up forcing Paris to give him hand jobs in the office.  He also forces her to start faking that they're dating and then later when she almost screws up that lie, to ACTUALLY date him once a week.  Including staying over at his bachelor pad for the night, sleeping in the same bed.  Paris being 'dominated' by Mal just turns Grace on all that much more and she starts doing the same thing at home, leaving Paris less and less in control of her own life.  She has no time at all to live as her former 'Jamie' self and is now constantly acting like her new feminine Paris self.  The only differences she has is 'acting' like the airheaded bimbo secretary Paris at work and being the more openly submissive Paris with Grace.  Oh, and she's also dating Trixie who 'knows' Paris is transitioning and willing to play with Paris' penis... the last person who will do that.  The only drawback to the Trixie Paris relationship is that Paris has to keep up the act of transitioning and play as bisexual and convince Trixie that she likes men, going so far as to talk about a love of oral sex with men... something Trixie admits she's not good at.

Little things keep adding up, pushing Paris to be more and more feminine.  In the office, with Trixie, with Grace, with Suzy, with Mal out in pubic.  She learns more about Mal and while she still knows she's firmly under his thumb, she's finding out he's not such a bad guy.  She has to see Dr. Gold about gender enhancing surgeries like facial feminization and breast implants at the request of Suzy, so they have a long meeting about all of the possibilities.  They even put on a new device that acts as a semi-permeant gaff, hiding away Paris' penis behind a incredibly realistic looking vagina.  That of course leads to a LOT of sexual frustration on Paris' part.

When it finally comes to Paris' congenital repair surgery, everything goes wrong.  Dr. Gold is waylaid, the notes are mishandled, and she's given everything she's talked about... including all of the feminization surgical procedures.  She comes out with enhanced thighs, ass, waist, belly, ribs, breasts, throat, voice, lips, eyes, nose, forehead, and hair.  They even re-apply her fake pussy, ensuring she's stuck in it for another month or so.

To be honest, at that point I more or less stalled the story.  I don't think it was a bad thing, but instead of continuing Paris' journey I spent copious amounts of time indulging in character building moments.  There were three or four chapters of Paris experiencing sex as her new almost entirely feminine self.  Three or four chapters on her first oral sex with a man (Darnell, the one Paris flirted with is Trixie's boyfriend and Trixie loves the idea of sharing her boyfriend with her blowjob loving friend).   Three or four chapters on her first oral sex with a man in the office.  Three or four chapters of sexual toys being used on her.

Don't get me wrong, those were all fun to write and I think they're fun to read, but they don't do much to push the story forward.  So while I still plan on there being sexy fun chapters (plenty of blowjobs to happen), I'm going to try and drive more character development and information delivery.

Here are the major beats I have left in the outline:

  • A trip with Darnell to the Maldives
  • Grace leaving the story, more or less forcing Paris to move in to Mal's bachelor pad
  • Mal finding out that Paris has been giving out BJs and then convincing her to do the same for him.
  • A Halloween party incident where Mal will show off his anger but end up saving Paris and endearing himself to her.
  • The Christmas party
  • New Years
  • The end of the merger with Paris playing a critical role as only a sexy, bimboesque, air-headed, secretary can.
  • Paris and Mal ending up together

I had an idea of a photoshoot with Paris' old partner who is using Paris' photo studio, but I think I'm going to drop that.  It was originally thought of as a way to just put Paris into another compromising position and have her end up blowing someone she knew before, but I think the point has been made at this point and will have already been driven home.

So, character wise, I have Paris in a precarious position.  She still thinks there's an out.  Get through this year, have the stock sale, and get released where the company will pay to have her transformed back to her former self (or as close as she'll ever get) and go back to her former life.  She respects Mal and even subconsciously recognizes that she responds to his dominance but still dislikes him for blackmailing her.  She still sees herself as a man being forced to play a woman but more and more is slipping into 'Just Being Paris' as it's easier.  As in, her life IS easier when she's the persona of Paris the bimbo secretary.

I want to get her to a point where she's in love with Mal.  Obviously, that's several big changes.  She has to start thinking of herself as female, start liking and then loving the man who is blackmailing her, and ultimately accept that she won't be returning to her former life.

Getting Grace out of the picture is part of that.  I've already established that Dr. Gold no longer sees Paris as his friend Jamie, he sees HER as his important and sexy client Paris.  Grace is the only one left that even remembers the actual Jamie.

One thing I'm going to play up is that Mal is the only one that knows Paris didn't willingly choose this life.  Oh, he still thinks Paris ultimately enjoys being a woman but he realizes he's blackmailed her into acting like this where Darnell believes Paris is all woman and Trixie thinks Paris is fully bisexual.

I have yet to decide what the Halloween episode will be.  I hinted at it during an interlude as I knew I was missing a piece of the story but I haven't written that piece yet.  In the most vague way, I think Mal will end up saving Paris from being raped.  It'll play as ironic as Mal himself is forcing Paris to have oral sex with him multiple times a week, but this won't be coerced, having sex against her will, type rape.  It will be a true ass of a man ripping off Paris' panties, flipping her over on her belly, and lining up his cock with her ass.  Rape rape.

I plan for that to be a big moment, both in showing what Mal is and for Paris opening up to him.  It will show just how much he's actually held back on Paris as he is going to absolutely destroy this man with his bare hands.  Even afterward, he's gong to financially destroy the man, all because that man dared to hurt 'His Girl'.

Before that though, is the Maldives.  This is going to be BJ central.  I plan on Paris joining the mile high club several times over (it's like a thirty hour trip!).  There's going to be blowing Darnell while he talks to Trixie via a video call.  There's meeting the business man (which will play an important part later) and finding out he's even more of a sexist than Mal and has his own bimbo secretary.  To avoid being around them since the new guy wants to have a foursome with Darnell and Paris, she escapes a yacht trip their on only to end up on an isolated beach with Darnell and a need to waste a lot of time... leaning to a long drawn out, leisurely blow job even though she knows everyone on the yacht will see it.  There's the actual business meeting where Paris will have to play the airhead while simultaneously feeding Darnell the information he needs to negotiate (letting her feel some power in her position).  Then the eventual party where Paris finds herself on her hands and knees, making out with the other secretary while the boss fucks his secretary doggy style and Darnell 'fakes' fucking Paris doggy style (making her imagine getting fucked like that and then acting it out convincingly in real time).

The main thing in these chapters will be sexiness, but I want there to be the information that she's finding power in what she can do.  She can distract Darnell at will.  She can entertain and distract any man she wants, and even most women.  She can even 'lead' a negotiation from behind while looking like an anchor to the proceedings.  And most subtly of all, she's going to learn that she doesn't like having the amount of control as she does over Darnell.  She's going to miss Grace's and even Mal's dominance.

Since that's before Grace's exit, it will hopefully lead the readers to think that maybe she's going to push herself more into Grace's arms, since I've been writing her heading that way anyway... but once Grace is gone, the only true dominant in her life is Mal.  And with Grace gone and Paris moving into Mal's place, it forces her to confront those feelings.  And then the final beat, her giving BJs to him.  I think that might be the first true 'giving' moment for Paris.  I mean, at this point she's a blow job expert.  She'd have blown Darnell dozens if not hundreds of times.  Blowing Mal isn't a big emasculating moment any longer... but it WILL be a big moment as she doesn't put up a fight and acknowledges that she likes the way he takes control.

That's the crack. The moment she starts to see two futures. One where she returns to her life and one where she remains Paris.  At first it will be her struggling against those thoughts.  The 'no no no, not that' as she imagines getting bottom surgery or imagines getting married.  But it's the crack where those thoughts start creeping in.  And those thoughts will make her times of 'Just Being Paris' far easier and far more common.

The Christmas party was the last part in my original outline.  It was the big 'Paris has sex with everybody' scene.  This will still be a sexual escapade as that's what bimbo secretaries do during Christmas parties, but it isn't going to be a humiliation fest.  Paris will somehow do a major part of setting up the McGreggor deal... I just need to figure out how.  And my original culmination of her and Mal having anal sex for the first time is off the table.  But that's only because I've reframed that scene.

You see, when I initially wrote that first outline, Paris wasn't locked in my head at that point.  I didn't know if she's be fighting, getting out of this position, or moving forward with her new lifestyle.  Since I've chosen the latter, I'm going to make that scene a little more special.  It's going to be the New Year's scene.

Again, I haven't worked out the details in my head yet, but this will be Paris giving herself to Mal.  It's not the end of the story but it's the emotional end.  Most of my stories end on that emotional high, but I'm going to show what the Mal/Paris coupling can accomplish by them finishing the McGreggor deal,

So, that really helps me line everything up.  I'd previously lined up the physical beats but hadn't set up the emotional ones.  Now that I have both, I can start working on outlines for the rest of the story.

One last note on writing.  Now that I'm both back to work and out of my writing funk, I see a pattern evolving.  I don't do SHIT when I'm working.  I don't check on my blogs, I barely check on my email, and I certainly don't write.  That cuts out half of every week.  When I'm not working, like before, I spend a lot of time catching up on all that time I wasn't doing anything, except that now involves catching up on sleeping too.

My work weeks go in a two week flow.  One week I have three days off.  The next week I have five days off.  It should be obvious that I'll get most of my writing done every other week.  I'm currently on a three day off week so I might get one chapter out, but I can just as easily see not getting any writing done.     Last week, my five day off week, I not only wrote up a big portion of outline, I got three chapters out.  So, going forward you can probably expect my progress to look like that.  A week with a little or no progress followed by a week of good progress.
